Fantastic apartment located in a Residential Complex, and has 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a paddle court and a nice children’s area.

The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, a very bright living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large terrace overlooking the garden. It has centralized air conditioning.

The Tramuntana is located in Cap Salou area, just 400 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the La Pineda leisure centre. Ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Dorada.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
