Ascend the foyer steps to reach the second floor and its four bedrooms. The second-floor suite features a king bed, sitting area, and private bathroom with double vanities and a shower. A second bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, a third bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, and a fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom. The pool (size 10x20) has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $100 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
