This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, private pool, and golf and lagoon views. The home is about a 7-minute walk from the beach. The main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TCL Roku TV with cable services. The updated kitchen features custom cabinetry, tile backsplash, large center island, and bar stool seating for six. The light-filled dining area offers a table with seating for 8. There is also a second living area, great for kids or teens to have their own space! The primary suite features a king bed, access to the back deck, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and tub. Three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a king and 2 twin beds, all have private bathrooms. The TV in the bedroom over the garage has cable but is not a smartTV. You can bring your own streaming device to plug into the HDMI, if desired. Step outside into the screened porch and enjoy an al fresco dinner at the table with 8 chairs or enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the loveseat or additional chairs. The pool deck offers an in-ground pool and lounge chairs perfect for relaxing in after a day at the beach. Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home’s front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests. The dimensions of the pool are approximately 10’ x 20’. The pool cannot be heated and is covered from Fall until Spring.
