In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a sunny, updated home that offers 5 bedrooms and incredible lagoon views. The home’s fabulous location along the beach path allows for quick access to the beach (about a 3-minute walk).
The bright first floor offers a spacious living area with plenty of seating for all guests and skylights throughout all of the living spaces. The updated kitchen is beautiful and offers stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, granite countertops, a large center island with two barstools, and a dining area that seats six. There is also a formal dining room that seats eight. Guests will enjoy the bright sunroom right off the living space with a door allowing for privacy.
The primary suite is located on the first floor and offers a king bed with a large, private bathroom. Also on the first floor is a king bedroom and a bedroom with two queens. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. On the second floor, you will find a king bedroom with a single sleeper sofa and a private bathroom. The fifth bedroom is located at the private far end of the house, on a half level above the garage, making it a great sleeping and hangout area for children or family groups. It offers two full beds, a full-sized sleeper sofa, sitting area, and easy access to a newly added full bathroom with a large shower. The fifth bedroom could also be used as an office or second living room.
Guests will enjoy lounging or dining on the back deck while soaking in the serene environment and views of the lagoon. The mudroom, located off the garage, offers a large second refrigerator with an icemaker and storage space for bikes and beach gear.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
