Villa Kas Solo is located at the highest point of the luxury villa district Vista Royal and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Jan Thiel and the beach clubs and restaurants.
Because of its location, the wind blows wonderfully cool in and around the villa and its terraces. This modern villa with ocean view from the upper deck terrace offers you a comfortable stay when visiting Curacao.
Upon entering the villa you will find yourself on the ground floor where you will find modern kitchen en the spacious inside living areas. On the terrace is the private swimming pool with spacious pool deck, where you can enjoy the pleasant sun in the lounge chairs and on the sun beds and off course the outside kitchen en dining area.
Next to the pool a separate high build terrace can be found, with a shady palapa which offers a spectacular view over the pool, the ocean and the island.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours between 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.
