The property is located in an enviable position just a few metres from beautiful sandy beaches and the edge of the Vendicari nature reserve with its many nature trails. Recently built, it can accommodate up to 14 guests and is ideal for large families or groups of friends. The villa is divided into three comfortable apartments with spacious, light interiors. The villa also has a well-kept garden with a gazebo and barbecue, a beautiful swimming pool and a solarium, perfect for relaxing in the open air. It is also an ideal base for exploring the local area with its wonderful beaches, the nearby Roman villa of Tellaro and the evocative baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa-Ibla.
