The entrance to the townhome includes a generous coat room, perfect for storing boots, skis, and coats, with additional storage available in the area outside the front door. Within the shared hallway, there is a stacked washer and dryer, which is convenient for washing clothes after outdoor activities during your stay. Furthermore, guests have access to a private indoor hot tub. Please be advised that there is no air conditioning. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a cable television equipped with a DVD player, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the indoor hot tub. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and provides access to a full bathroom located in the hallway. The upper level of the unit radiates warmth and charm, featuring a vaulted ceiling adorned with pine paneling. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen illuminated by a skylight, complete with new countertops and appliances, as well as a cozy breakfast bar that seats two. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs for six, offering access to the south-facing solar sunroom. The living room showcases a large moss-rock fireplace, a cable TV paired with a soundbar system, and a Blu-ray player. Guests are encouraged to make use of the stereo system with a CD player, which is connected to both the living area and the hot tub area. The sofa sleeper conveniently transforms into a full-size bed, allowing the townhome to accommodate up to eight guests. Additionally, a full bathroom is located on this level, along with a third bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. All guests should be informed that there is a security camera positioned at the entry door of the unit. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
