The primary living area provides a spacious ambiance due to its open floor plan design. A dining table is available that can comfortably seat six individuals, allowing for celebratory moments in the fresh air. From the welcoming sectional sofa, one can choose their preferred view - whether it be the warmth of the gas fireplace, the television, or the tranquil forest scenery visible through the sliding glass door that leads to the private deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities for meal preparation. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, consisting of a Double on the bottom and a Twin on the top, along with a full bathroom. Additionally, the living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
