Fully-renovated, with elegant decorative additions and really cozy vibe, our “Olympic Spirit” apartment offers the feeling of inspiration and motivation to squeeze the best out of your stay in Athens like a real champion, from the moment you enter it. It offers four bedrooms and it can easily host up to eight people. The “Weightlifting room” and the “Running room” have double beds with quality, brand new mattresses, the pastel colours of the walls and the minimal aesthetics make them the ideal relaxing spots in the apartment. The other two bedrooms offer bunk beds and the playful upholstery on the walls cheer up your spending time in those rooms. In all four bedrooms, spacious wardrobes make it easy to place your luggage neatly and full size mirrors highlight the vivid and bright atmosphere of the apartment. There is a flat TV screen and an air condition in each room to turn your stay into an enjoyable and comforting experience.
Each room has its own private bathroom, with a roomy cabin shower and there is an extra bathroom in the corridor. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the necessary, state-of-the-art electrical appliances. There is a commodious living-room with a comfortable corner sofa and a 60 inches TV screen allow you to enjoy the broadcast of your favorite movie or TV show in full quality.
Broadband Wi-Fi connection is free and it is reliable and accessible in all rooms in case you want to combine vacation with work or you just want to stay connected with your social media accounts.

If you want to experience Athens like a local and be centrally located so as to wander around the renowned sights of the city centre but, at the same time, to reach the shore and the southern part of Athens, Neos Kosmos is the place to be. A vibrant neighbourhood with lots of local stores, bakeries, markets and cafés, everything is easily accessible around downtown Athens as there is an easy access to a metro station. Neos Kosmos metro station is a five-minute walk from the apartment, a tram station is also conveniently placed next to the Metro station [Mpaknana station] and there are lots of buses, too.
It is conveniently located to move to nearby central neighbourhoods like Koukaki, Plaka, Thiseio, Mets, Sydagma, Pagrati but also to move to some southern parts of Athens like Nea Smirni, Faliro and Glyfada districts where lots of authentic Athenian cafés, markets and bars- where locals also meet -are offered as well as Stavros Niarchos Foundation, Flisvos Marina and the shore are definitely places to be especially if it is warm and sunny day outside.

The Olympic Spirit apartment is 2,5 km away from the Acropolis and Plaka district where you can visit the Acropolis Museum, the Theater of Dionysos, the Roman Agora and Monastiraki Open Flea Market. The Panathinaic Stadium is close to Mets neighbourhood, and it is really worth to make a visit to The temple of Olympian Zeus and a walk to the National Garden.
Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural centre is 3,5 km away and it offers a public arts centre with a park and the National Opera House of Athens so it can satisfy the taste of visitors of all ages and of multiple cultural quests. There is an easy access to Flisvos Marina and the seaside of Athens, Alimos and Glyfada by tram. The temple of Poseidon in Sounio is a day trip that is highly recommended, especially in summer.
Getting around with public transportation is affordable and easy but in case you want the comfort of a car, it is very feasible to find taxis anytime of the day or night thanks to the convenient location close to Ilia Iliou Street and Lagoumigi Avenue which are two of the main streets of the area.
