Unit 211 is close to the shuttle stop on Highway 40 and an easy walk to the clubhouse. The patio allows you to walk right off the backside of the condo into the woods.
There is hardwood flooring throughout main living area and has a large dining table with plenty of seating. The main living room area has large comfortable sectional sofa to enjoy watching the flat screen tv and gas fireplace.
In the master bedroom a queen bed with new furnishing and renovated en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and tiled shower enclosure.
The second bedroom offers a captain’s bunk (queen on bottom and twin on top) with access to the second full bathroom in the main hallway. NO air conditioning.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
  • Passing parking pass required - only 1 for this unit.
