Featuring 2 double-bed bedrooms and one twin-bed bedroom all of which have access to private bathrooms, Fancy Philosopher can conveniently accommodate up to 6 people. Its spacious and cozy living room has direct access to the balcony through a wide glass door which allows the sunlight to pass through all day long. Relax on the comfy couch or savor a tasty meal at the dining area’s delicate marble table and watch the different colors of the Athenian sky during sunrise or sunset.
Being fully renovated, the apartment features wooden floors, stylish and comfortable furniture as well as all the necessary equipment and amenities for a pleasant stay. In the kitchen, you’ll find an espresso maker, a french-coffee machine and a slice toaster for preparing a filling breakfast which we’d recommend to savor on the balcony while overlooking the charming park right across the street. A brand new oven and a microwave oven are also available to the apartment’s guests.
All bedrooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with Flat smart TVs (Netflix ready) and air conditioners that will keep you warm in the wintertime and cool off the space during the hot summer months. From the decoration elements to the furniture and mattresses, all details in the apartment are carefully chosen to create a warm and fashionable place that will make you feel home and make your trip to Athens an unforgettable experience.

This is a wonderful part of downtown Athens that offers proximity to some of the most important landmarks of the world, as well as great options for dining or meeting with business partners and friends. Everything you need, from supermarkets, bakeries and grocery stores to bustling cafes and bars, modern eateries, fancy restaurants and chic shopping, is within fast and easy walking distance. Plus, bus and metro connections are excellent, if you want to venture beyond the city center – every corner of which, is accessible by foot, when you feel like taking a leisurely stroll.
Highlights
Kolonaki square – the beating heart of Athens’ most prestigious neighborhood – is a mere 5-minute walk away and so are the area’s high-end boutiques and stores, art galleries, museums, bustling bars and chic restaurants. Acropolis, Plaka and the historical center are less than 20 mins by foot while Syntagma square is at 1 km. Lycabettus hill, a verdant oasis in the midst of the city with mind-blowing, panoramic views is no more than 15 minutes away by foot. Also, Dexameni Square, the playground of swanky Athenians is at 450 m. Pagrati, also, a hip and happening neighborhood with plenty of bars and cafes is about 1 km away – and worth every minute of your scenic stroll there, as you’ll be passing from the gorgeous National Gardens, a verdant oasis in the midst of the city center.
Syntagma square, Exarcheia neighborhood and the city center are accessible on foot while Kolonaki’s shopping district is just a stone’s throw away. For longer distances though, it’s recommended to use the means of public transportation. Panepistimio metro station and Evangelismos metro station are situated within a 10-minutes walk from the apartment while several bus stops are within close distance. You’ll also find several parking lots in the area some of which are no longer than 5 minutes away from the apartment.
