The main level offers an open floor plan of living, kitchen and dining. Keep an eye on the action while making a great meal in the gourmet kitchen. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the comfy sectional sofa or conquer and divide with some games and TV viewing. The large dining table offers ample space for a holiday meal. The patio to the hot tub is right here too to help make this main level the place to be. Around the corner is the half bath and be sure to take a family photo on the chairlift bench.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- "Guests must be at least 25 years of age to place a reservation.
- Check in time starts at 4:00pm. All guests will need to have returned a signed rental agreement to us or if you have booked with a 3rd party website, completed the online registration.
- Once we have this information, we will be able to send your electronic door code.
- If your rental requires a physical key for entry, a packet with your keys will be waiting for you at the Front Office in the secure Lock box – The code for the lock is the 2 last digits of the year you are visiting – then the month of your arrival.
- Smoking is Prohibited.
- This property does allow pets! Maximum of up to 3 dogs of 35 lbs or less. Larger dogs will require verbal approval from management company. Dogs only please. Additional fee of $69 per night per stay will be applied by the property.
