Imagine a cozy cabin in the woods but close to town with modern amenities for your next stay. This is a lovely cabin that will sleep 8 comfortably and is set on a large acre lot, only a short 3-minute drive to downtown Winter Park. Three bedrooms and a large open floor plan encompassing living, dining and kitchen spaces allow guests to enjoy each other’s company and cooking meals. There are 2 entrances into the cabin, the main front door is a large space adjacent to the kitchen and offers built-in storage for everything you wear to enjoy the outdoors.
You can also access the private deck from the entry off the living room.
The large living room has an electric wood stove for easy way to relax and warm your toes. The cabin does have TV service plus a new DVD player with HDMI cord to connect with PC computer with the ability to stream to TV. This option is best as there is not cable TV and TV stations.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
- All guests must complete rental agreement to provide credit card, email and phone number.
