This great duplex apartment is located in a beautiful typical Sevillian house which has beenrestored, between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration carried out in 2018, it has been preserved as many original architectural elements as possible, and the result is an amazing space where our guests are able to enjoy absolute quiet with great comfort.

The entrance is through the floor below, where your guests will find the modern and fully equipped kitchen, and the dining table. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and another one one with twin beds of 0.90*1.90, both with full bathrooms with shower en suite. The living room is very bright thanks to a skylight and a window overlooking the Giralda.   • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
