Alfalfa Terrace is a beautifully renovated and fully furnished duplex penthouse offering all the modern comforts for an unforgettable stay in Seville.
On the lower floor, you’ll find a bright exterior living room, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two exterior bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m) and another with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). There is also a second full, independent bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m) and access to a spacious and lovely private terrace, furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying Seville’s wonderful climate and sunshine.
