The Home
Adorned with a private heated pool, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends that wish to enjoy the stunning sea views. The nearest beach is just 70 meters away.
All apartments have private balconies.
Spaces such as outdoor dining space, BBQ grill and pool are shared. All guests are provided with sunbeds and sunshades by the pool.
Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).
Our Villa has 2 large BBQ lounge areas for our guests. Since there are two areas and only 3 apartments we rent in the villa you may have BBQ for lunch or dinner almost every day :)
All together we allow 12 guests including you and your group to stay in the villa and use the pool area. That guarantees that you will be able to relax and enjoy your holidays!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
