Villa Luz De La Fragata comes with a fantastic central location close to all of the resort amenities. Villa Luz De La Fragata is a wonderful two storey quality villa with a heated and gated pool. There are four en suite bedrooms all on the upper floor. The villa has a delightful BBQ area and the quiet cul de sac location offers peace and tranquility at the same time as being very close to the popular square as well as the beach.
We also offer another house, Casa Angelica, in the same street for larger groups wishing to holiday together.
The living room inside has comfortable sofas (one is a double sofa bed), internet connection, TV with UK Channels, a music system, DVD player, and patio doors to sun terrace. There are overhead fans available.
The kitchen is equipped with all expected amenities, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, and juicer.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
