This is a beautiful 2 storey villa is located within walking distance to all the resorts amenities. The villa is modern is style and tastefully decorated and contemporary and it is a lovely comfortable and bright villa with all the modern conveniences you will need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Air conditioning in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms is included in the price.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge-freezer and a coffee machine. Patio doors from here lead on to the terrace . There is a utility area with washing machine and a tumble dryer.
On the ground floor the lounge is bright and comfortable and is air conditioned and open plan lounge with sofas, Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, DVD, dining table and patio doors to pool area. The second lounge on the lower floor has sofas, satellite TV, table tennis table.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - King size bed with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio doors to terrace, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ensuite.
On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms

The villa is set in lovely well maintained gardens and has a covered terrace with comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs as well as sunbeds around the pool area. There is a barbeque.
A peaceful villa residential area with easy walking distance to both the new town and old town of Puerto Del Carmen. The winding lanes and detached properties are separated by volcanic stone walls which give you the impression that you are in a rural location. The old town and new town have an abundance of restaurants and bars for those holidaymakers wishing to venture a little further from their villa. The old town harbour is better known for its fish restaurants and small local bars and the new town for its selection of different types of cuisine. The larger sandy beaches can be found in the new town with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos.
