This villa is a great starting point to explore this beautiful island. This villa is situated on a large estate just a few meters from the sea in a very private and quiet location with large gardens lot of outdoor terraces and stunning sea views. Whole property is placed on a hillside and it stretches from the peak of the hill on one side to the pebble beach in the front side. This whole area is some few kilometers away from towns of Blato and Vela Luka and around 40 km from town Korcula.
This villa is a modern villa on two floors (ground and first) with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and other 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms). This villa is the ideal accommodation for a group of 14 people.
All rooms are spacious, some of them have extra sofas, decorated minimalistic and 3 of them with walk in wardrobe. The villa can be accessed from the ground floor or from the first floor (steps up from the car parking area). The ground floor of the villa consists of fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 spacious double bedrooms with stunning sea view. One of the bedrooms is connected to a spacious pool area by large opening glass walls.
On the first floor are other bedrooms, spacious living room with dining area. The outside area of the villa has wonderfully decorated Mediterranean garden that enriches the 100m² swimming pool and accompanying terraces of 550m². Adding garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols we created a perfect leisure oasis.
Island of Korcula represents a unique fusion of beautiful nature, thousands of years of cultural tradition and history and modern tourism. Numerous beautiful beaches and bays, luxurious accommodations, centuries old olive groves and vineyards, and ancient towns and villages on the island which seem as if they have remained lost in some long past time attract tourist from all over the world to this island.
Feel the adrenaline in Vela Luka, have a taste of lumblija in Blato, raise a glass of superb Pošip in Smokvica and then relax on one of the heavenly beaches.
Probably the best place within Villa is the upper first floor terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and bay of Karbuni. Here you will find dining area, from where you can have a pleasure of al fresco dinning. In this villa you can find yourself a comfortable place and enjoy it with family or find a quiet zone to call your own!
