The villa is the perfect choice for true relaxation and indulging in a week of absolute hedonism. It is a luxurious waterfront beach house ingeniously designed directly overlooking the water’s edge and it provides its guests an opportunity to escape the bustle of everyday life.
Due to its fantastic location, the villa offers an unobstructed view of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and the lush Mediterranean greenery. The large expanses of glazing and open plan nature make the most of its remarkable location, while offering a relaxing and soothing environment.
Newly constructed on three levels, the villa is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian architecture. The villa is luxurious and elegant and has been created using the best of everything, from the striking crystal chandelier, to the finest stone sinks, beautiful fabrics and contemporary furnishings. Carefully thought out by an interior designer, every attention to detail and comfort has been considered.
The villa consists of four ensuite bedrooms equipped with double beds - all the bedrooms open out onto terraces with fabulous views over the bay and the Peljesac Peninsula beyond.
All the air-conditioned bedrooms have Egyptian cotton linens with opulent bathrooms and plenty of fluffy towels to pamper oneself with after a day in the sea or around the pool. On the entrance level (second floor) there are two-bedroom suites. Both benefit from full height glass windows giving access to the stunning sea and mountain views. Blackout curtains open to let sunbeams flood the room with warm light. Both bedrooms open onto a large balcony with a lounge area allowing guests to take breakfast or just to escape to their own private domain. The bathrooms are a sublime exercise in understated opulence. On the first floor there are two Master ensuite bedrooms with patio doors leading out on to their own private terrace giving panoramic sea views over the pool. Both rooms have large king size beds which can be made into twin single beds.
The stylish kitchen situated on the ground floor, has uninterrupted views over the bay and holds all the gadgets needed to make cooking and hosting a pleasure. The living room combines contemporary furniture, artwork and sculpture mixed with antique and modern pieces from around Europe. The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace and pool area. Sliding glass doors allow the floor to become open plan, creating an alfresco living environment. There is the option of dining inside or outside and the use of a large outside grill. A self-contained gym with a sauna, and shower room can also be found on this level - offering you an opportunity to enjoy a week of ultimate leisure.
Moving to the outside area of the property you will find the infinity pool with stunning views over its horizon edge to the turquoise bay and mountains beyond. Surrounding the swimming pool there are plenty of seating areas for you to enjoy a drink in the evening. Below the pool area is the beach club where guests can relax, sunbathe and enjoy swimming in the calm pristine bay. Being a waterfront property, the villa is perfect for fishing fans who can enjoy fishing from the jetty. The dining terrace has fabulous views of the mountain range in the evening making it the ideal spot to dine on the days catch. Canoes and paddle board equipment can be used for playing in the bay.
The villa is a property in which guests can truly relax and be looked after from the moment they arrive. Options available include a dinner service, spa treatments or boat trips to neighbouring bays and islands. If you would like to explore the area or visit one of the nearby breakfast cafes in Korcula town you have the envious choice to travel by kayaks, paddle board or bike. The villa is located only 5 meters from the beautiful sea, offering its guests an opportunity to explore the wondrous beaches of Korcula Island. There are a few small beaches within the bay itself with many more in nearby coves. However, no matter where you go you may be sure you will find perfectly transparent, clean unpolluted sea.
The Villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay. A boat and skipper can be hired daily allowing you to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.
Daytrips can be made to the island of Hvar, Vis, Mijet and the Peljesac Peninsula.Island Korcula is known for its dense forests and famous vineyards. There are several small fishing harbours to explore on the island plus several picturesque inland villages. Each has its own attractive character. There are several restaurants within the neighbouring bay and most restaurants and bars on the island can be found 3 km away in the town of Korcula.
