Villa is a typical Portuguese holiday home for up to 14 people, located in the historic centre of Setubal. In this large villa, guests will find comfort, amusement, and beautiful sights.
Starting with the basement there is a games room with a pool table, dartboard, TV, a dining table, a sofa and a small kitchen with a fridge and freezer. In a separate room we can find a Jacuzzi for those well-deserved relaxed moments. Moving up to the middle floor we have a bedroom, a bathroom, and the laundry room. The ground floor showcases a contemporary kitchen with modern appliances and a dining table, a dining room with classic furniture and a spacious living room with a balcony displaying a delightful view over Setubal, the river mouth of Sado River and the Troia Peninsula. A bedroom and a bathroom are also located on this floor. Ending the tour on the interior is the 1st floor with 4 bedrooms in one of which we can find a gothic bed...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
