Villa Brisa is a lovely villa on the southern tip of Portugal, surrounded by private gardens. You will find it very spacious and private with accommodation that sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for families and is situated in its own grounds in a quiet residential area close to the beautiful Centianes beach. Carvoeiro is only a short drive away or a 15 minutes’ walk.
You will have exclusive use of your own, very large, solar heated covered pool and terrace area. The villa has sea views and is set in a beautiful location, giving access to all amenities, i.e. shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches, all of which are only a few minutes’ walk away.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
