This is a beautiful three bedroom villa, luxuriously furnished and sleeps up to six guests. It’s in a great location, within easy walk of Vale de Lobo’s attractions including the famous Praca and beach itself.
From the hall way is an en-suite bedroom with a new bathroom beautifully finished and on the opposite side is a spacious living room with an open fire place. The living room leads to the dining room which has an elegant dining table for six.
The beautiful terrace with elegant outdoor furniture sits outside the living room and will certainly bring extra flavour to a glass of wine or a great meal. From here, the terrace overlooks the majestic garden and swimming pool which is divided with a see-through, wall for extra privacy, all this sits amongst pine trees and perfectly positioned within the very pleasant and private gardens of the villa for you to cool off under the sun’s rays.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
