This luxurious villa is in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the popular resort of Carvoeiro and also its lovely beach. With lots of excellent restaurants and local bars Carvoeiro offers something for even the most discerning of tastes.

Villa has three different living areas, all with covered terraces. You enter the house through the first floor which houses the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a roof terrace.
The ground floor contains the beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. From this floor, you can enter the lovely private heated pool. You are able to relax on the sun beds, in the lounge- and dining area on the extensive sun terrace and also the roof terrace. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
