This luxurious villa is in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the popular resort of Carvoeiro and also its lovely beach. With lots of excellent restaurants and local bars Carvoeiro offers something for even the most discerning of tastes. Heated private pool (free of charge 01st of May- 31st October), air-conditioning, games room. Villa has three different living areas, all with covered terraces. You enter the house through the first floor which houses the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a roof terrace. The ground floor contains the beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. From this floor, you can enter the lovely private heated pool. You are able to relax on the sun beds, in the lounge- and dining area on the extensive sun terrace and also the roof terrace. All of the pool terrace furniture is of a really high standard and you can spend the evenings in comfort relaxing with a sundowner on the beautiful rattan sofas. The children have their own space too in the lower part of the villa, with a children’s bedroom, bathroom and an entertainment room with football table (foosball). From this room, you can also easily access the child-friendly courtyard. The center of Carvoeiro is within walking distance of the villa. Multiple water sports can be practiced in the surrounding area, and golf lovers can go and visit the golf courses of Vale do Milho Golf and Pestana Gramacho.
