This is a delightful 4 bed villa is ideally located within easy walking distance to the centre of Playa Blanca. A particular feature of this stylish villa is the internal, semi open-air Canarian garden which serves as a unique entrance hall to the villa’s four bedrooms.
The villa also has the added attraction of an eight seater outdoor hot tub. We also offer the neighbouring villa next door (Villa Playa Del Flamingo) for larger groups wishing to holiday together. The villa has gated off road parking and a safe.
The kitchen is well equipped with a Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge-freezer and a Washing Machine. The lounge gas comfortable sofas with a tv with UK channels (IPTV) and leads to the kitchen. From the lounge there are French windows that open onto the terrace and pool area.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
