Villa’s main entrance opens into the dining and living room areas (w/ fire-place), and the kitchen is just off the dining room. The view to the sea is breath taking from the living room and the view to the pool from the dining room is tantalising.
To the right of the main entrance is a Master bedroom with a King bed with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper level are two bedrooms, the left one has a private balcony and bathroom. The room on the right has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outside (pool) areas. At the ground level are 2 more bedrooms: the independent one has a Super King size bed with an en-suite bathroom; the soft bedroom (bonus room) has 2 single beds, and a private bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
