Villa Bienvenue is a spacious and tastefully decorated villa, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on a beautiful location within the luxury villa park Domaine Les Rives De l’Ardèche. The villa and the garden offer a lot of privacy and a particularly beautiful view.
The living room has a comfortable seating area with a fireplace and television with underneath other Dutch-language channels. From the living room you walk through to the dining room with dining area and double sliding doors to the terrace. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The villa is baby friendly; cot, highchair and changing mat are available in the house (free). All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, which is necessary in the wonderfully warm climate the summer. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
