The Home
Beautiful newly remodeled home across the street from Universal Orlando. Taking reservations starting July 2018. New furniture, fixtures, linens, towels and beds. Super clean home! A 10-15 minute walk to Universal will save you $20 in parking in Universal a day. 5 minutes drive to Outlet shopping or Millenia Mall. 10 minutes drive to the Convention center and Sea World and 15 minutes drive to Disney or the airport. Easy access to restaurants and nightlife as well as I-4 & SR 528.
Post Covid-19 Sanitization: Our home has always been super clean and sanitized after each guest. Since Covid-19, our cleaners have taken extra measures to completely clean and sanitize the home.
*Our home does NOT have any carpeted areas. We have always felt that hard surface flooring (wood or tile) has always allowed us to clean and sanitize the flooring much better. We also ask that guest remove shoes when they enter the house.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
