We located one of the finest lots, stripped the old home back to the studs, added to it and completely rebuilt it to the latest "Urbanology" design. No expense was spared in creating the finest vacation resort in Lake Norman. The property has two beaches on-site — the main beach is over 130 feet wide and sits on a safe and private, swimming and kayaking bay. The over 300 foot lot commands huge main channel frontage for your lake vacation. An added bonus is a concrete boat launch and private dock with onsite parking for numerous boats and cars. This home has been designed to accommodate friends and family members for a resort-style vacation.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
