Welcome to Sandy Shore! Coastal cottage meets urban contemporary. Our design team delivered and no details were spared in creating the ideal vacation home. Located in one of the most desirable communities of Lake Norman, Sandy Shore is convenient to shopping, dining and all the fun around the Lake Norman area — by road and by water. The large open living and kitchen areas with a walk-out to the patio area offer the perfect spot for gathering with family and friends. The main level also includes 2 king beds with ensuite baths as well as a queen and 5 twins in a custom built bunk bed. A luxurious spa-like masters’ retreat on the upper level boasts a unique tiger wood balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the serene views of the lake. Situated on a large flat lawn, the outdoor living areas abound with a patio with dining, sitting areas, a hot tub, and a large beach for easy access in and out of the water.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Weddings or events; 10 PM Quiet Time; No On Street Parking; 2 dogs maximum and must be pre-approved; Guests must sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking
