This upstairs bonus room has an additional sleep space, half bath, flat-screen TV, and even a computer desk for your remote school or work needs. The nearest slopes are less than ten miles away, and you can soak in the luxurious hot tub after a fun day on the slopes. And, when the weather warms up, you’re even closer to the lake and all of its water sports opportunities. Spring and summer are also the ideal time to take advantage of this home’s private furnished deck and gas grill, just waiting to host your next family barbecue.

There is a queen air mattress in the loft.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
The hot tub is serviced between each guest reservation. (The filter is removed, treated and cleaned, vacuum any debris, use net to clear larger debris, chemicals balanced, etc.)
Free high-speed WiFi (Due to Lake Tahoe being a mountain town, internet speed can ebb and flow with the local population.)
