A luxury 5 bedroom villa with private pool, hot tub and games room located within the gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes. The home has been upgraded throughout with natural travertine stone and hardwood flooring, premium furniture plus high quality mattresses and bedding.
The comfortable living room has large leather sofas perfect for relaxing and maybe watching a movie on the large screen TV. The space extends out to the pool deck through sliding glass doors. There is a covered shaded area with outdoor table and chairs, plus BBQ available for guest use. The large freeform pool spans across the rear of the home and includes hot tub with bubbles. Pool heat and BBQ available on request.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
