Offering a spacious 1,260 square feet with two levels of living space, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms, this property can easily sleep up to seven guests in comfort.
You’ll enter this condo from the carport and atrium (with a private hot tub), to the condos’ front door, where you will find yourself in the home’s great room with the living room, kitchen, dining area and patio access.
Living Room: This room is a great gathering space with comfortable mountain furnishings, a 40” Samsung TV (with cable programming), and a warm gas fireplace. You’ll love the natural light and open and airy ambiance provided by the vaulted ceilings and skylights. The adjacent patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the cool mountain breezes.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. There’s a convenient large center island, perfect for meal prep and entertaining. Additionally, there’s bar seating for four.
Dining Room: The dining area is next to the kitchen and offers seating for eight.
