Experience all-season comfort at Park City Blackstone Retreat, a newly built condo in Canyons Village offering 1,480 square feet of modern luxury. With two spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and room for up to nine guests, this beautifully designed retreat features high-end finishes, stunning views, and easy walkable access to the slopes. Ideal for a cozy winter getaway or a summer mountain escape!
In the living room and throughout the main living areas, you will love the gorgeous hardwood floors. The living room is a great space to relax with its mountain contemporary style furniture that surrounds the 65” flat screen TV (with Apple TV) and a cozy gas fireplace. The sofa sleeper offers extra sleeping accommodations, while the numerous windows bring in tons of light and lovely views.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with its Viking appliances and granite countertops. There is a convenient island with seating for a quick snack, while the dining area offers seating for eight. The patio doors in this area open fully to extend the indoors to outdoor living.
There is a spacious deck with comfortable patio furniture, a gas BBQ grill and a soothing 6-8 person hot tub. Not to mention the mountain and golf course views!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a gas fireplace, and a 65” television, and of course, great views. The private bath has dual sinks, granite countertops and a wonderful stone and tile shower.
The second bedroom has a unique custom king over king bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. You will also enjoy the 55” Smart TV complete with a PS4 gaming system and Nintendo Switch Doc. The private bath has dual sinks, a tub/shower combo and granite countertops.
Other amenities include a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a ski storage room. You also have the luxury of two assigned parking spaces in the underground communal garage that are conveniently located right next to the elevator.
The Blackstone community offers a Clubhouse with a guest lounge, a heated community pool and hot tub, and a fitness center, all open year round.
In addition to all that, the condo is right across from the Cabriolet lift which will take you to the base of the mountain where you can access the chair lifts, restaurants and the occasional free concert. If you’d rather not walk, during the winter months take advantage of the Canyons Village Connect Shuttle Service. Within a 30 minute drive you have access to incredible Blue-Ribbon wild trout fishing on the Weber and Provo Rivers. If you wish to stay in town you can easily make a quick trip on the free shuttle to Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, or Kimball Junction for all sorts of shopping and dining!
