You will be just minutes to a shops, restaurants and even relaxing spa services! The Canyons Transit Hub is also across the street to easily hop on the free Park City Transit Electric Express for quick and easy access to Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, or connect to just about anywhere throughout the Park City area!!
This striking property features three levels, a spacious 1,550 square feet, three bedrooms and three full bathrooms — all to accommodate up to ten guests.
From the garage entrance, you enter the first level of the townhome; then you’ll go up a staircase to the second level great room area holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
Living Room: Here you enjoy contemporary style furnishings, a Smart TV with Xfinity cable service, a warm gas fireplace — a truly comfortable gathering space. Enjoy the natural light a views that flow into the room.
Kitchen: The chef of the group will love the fully equipped gourmet kitchen offering Viking stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas range with convection oven. There are also gorgeous stone counters and bar seating for five.
Dining Room: This dining area features a large wood table allowing for seating for up to 10 diners. Out on the adjacent balcony you’ll find a BBQ and views overlooking the pool and surrounding mountains.
Bedrooms (all on upper level):
Master bedroom— King size bed, Smart TV with Xfinity cable, cozy gas fireplace, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the views. The private bathroom has separate vanities, a soaking tub and a lovely tile and glass shower.
Master bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, access to the shared full bathroom that has double sinks, and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3/Bunk Room — Two Triple Twin bunk beds (Twin over Twin) and access to a full shared bathroom.
Main level offers a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Community Amenities: The community clubhouse offers a gorgeous lounge with kitchenette, year-round heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center.
