Park City Blackstone Place is a luxury retreat in the heart of Canyons Village, just steps from the Cabriolet lift and Transit Hub. This is a gorgeous three-story townhome offers 1,500 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and three bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests.
You will enter the home’s first level from the garage via a flight of stairs. Within the main great room, you will be greeted by the spacious the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
Living Room: The fabulous living room holds mountain contemporary furnishings, a warm gas fireplace, and a 55” Smart TV complete with cable programming — making this area a perfect gathering spot.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space is well equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, such as a Viking 6-burner gas range. Creating tasty meals and snacks will be easy with the surrounding quartz countertops. There’s seating for four at the convenient kitchen bar.
Dining Room: You will enjoy seating for up to six guests. There’s also the balcony access from this area where you’ll find outdoor seating and gorgeous surrounding views.

Master bedroom 1 — King size bed, 55” Smart TV, walk-in closet, Juliette balcony. The private bath offers double sinks, a water closet and a tile shower.
Master bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, access to the full bathroom that features two sinks, and a bath/tub combo.
Bedroom 3/Bunk room — Twin over full bunk beds, 55” Roku television with cable and Netflix programming, access to the full shared bathroom.
A full bathroom on the main level offers a tub/shower combo.
Community amenities: The clubhouse offers year-round heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. During the winter months take advantage of the free Canyons Village Connect shuttle service.
