Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with granite slab countertops, stainless steel appliances, and soft-close drawers. Nibble on appetizers at the four-seat kitchen island. Then sit down for meals at the dining table for eight. BED & BATH Make yourself at home in the tranquil primary suite, complete with a queen bed, direct access to the backyard, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a TV. Prepare snacks in the small kitchenette, and dine at the table for two. The en-suite half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOORS & AMENITIES Ultimate relaxation awaits in your backyard oasis. Sip morning coffee under the covered patio and take a dip in the private pool (completely refinished). Then host an afternoon cookout on the gas grill. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. For your safety and security, there is a Eufy camera at the front door. There is also a Aluha camera on the front patio, and side of the house. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
