Your holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a small nice residence with pool area. It offers generous space for four adults or a family with 3 children, with a double bedroom and a children’s room with bunk beds. It has a bathroom with shower, WC and window, a living-dining area with a cozy couch, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher.
The large furnished balcony offers a wonderful view of the swimming pool and La Rocca of Manerba (Rocca di Manerba is the name of probably the most famous rock on south-western Lake Garda) – here is the ideal place for a glass of wine during the sunset.
There is a private car park for 1 car.
The marvellous town center as well as the port of Manerba del Garda are within a few minutes’ walk from your apartment.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
