This spacious three bedroom property for up to eight people is situated in Acocks Green to the south-east of Birmingham city centre and has a wonderful family garden.
Two of the bedrooms, which have garden views, contain three single beds while there are two single beds in the third bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and a glass panel with hand-held shower.
In the open-plan lounge area there is an expansive L-shaped black leather sofa and a 50” Smart TV – the ideal place to unwind in front of the original fireplace. Guests can enjoy Netflix free of charge and there is also free WiFi.
The lounge area leads through to a dining space with chic, white dining table and chairs perfect for family meals. The kitchen is well-equipped for long or short stays with all modern conveniences including washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing board and cooking basics.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
