A new cosy, modern and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor at our unique development of serviced apartments close to the city centre with free on street parking.
This top floor one bedroom apartment is set in the unique roof space within our conversion of a traditional Victorian property. On the second floor, accessed via the main entrance and large well-lit staircase, the apartment offers an open plan layout with solid oak floors throughout.
Entertain yourself with a 43" Smart TV in the living area, offering Freeview TV channels and TV on Demand Apps. Listen to your music in the bedroom and bathroom with our in-ceiling speaker system. Super speed Wi-Fi from Virgin fibre broadband is free and unlimited, you can even plug in your devices by Ethernet cable if necessary. Keep your devices alive with fast charge USB sockets in both the living room and bedroom.
If you fancy cooking during your stay the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, integrated washer dryer, fridge freezer, waste disposal unit, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, as well as the usual cookware, crockery and cutlery required to exercise your culinary skills.
Sleep in comfort in the cosy bedroom with a king-sized bed and crisp white cotton bed linen [NOTE: the bed can be split to two twin beds on request at the time of booking}. Cupboards are built in, and there’s also a digital laptop safe for your valuables. In the living room there’s a luxury Cocoon pull out pocket sprung double sofa bed, suitable for two adults or children.
The bathroom is chic and modern with a shower over the bath. We also provide fresh white towels and essential bathroom amenities for your stay.
Gas central heating keeps you warm and provides hot water on demand. Tell us your expected time of arrival, and we’ll have the apartment warmed and cosy in advance before you arrive.
For your safety, there is a Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide detector and Video door entry system with CCTV at the main entrance and common areas of the building.
You’ll have the complete apartment to yourself, no sharing of bathrooms or kitchens in this fully self-contained home.

Parking is available free on the street directly outside the property. The spaces are split 50/50 between ’permit only’ and free parking.
