This delightful Victorian terraced property has been restored by the owners to present a beautifully preserved property just behind Micklegate - very close to the city centre but on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle.
The property has a seperate entrance hall leading to a front living room, and a rear dining/living space that leads to the kitchen and back door access to the rear yard where there is outside seating. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a large walk in shower, and two bedrooms; a double bedroom at the back of the house and a twin room (with zip and link beds) at the front with views out towards St Marys church. The property is furnished with a selection of mid-century furniture. The fully working log burning in the back room can be used for cosy nights in.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
