""Bear Cabin"" is a brand new house, completed in 2020 and a brand new listing! It is a spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home in the Branson/Ozark Mountain Table Rock lake area. You will find it is a great place to relax, unwind, and have fun with family and friends.
Bear Cabin offers views of the lake and it is a short walk to the lakeshore. It Sleeps 7: one King bed, one Queen bed, twin bunk bed, and optional twin. All bedrooms are furnished with brand new beds, mattresses and flat screen TV’s.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
