"This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has all of the comforts of home. Our condo has a king sized bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen size beds in the very large second bedroom. The condo can sleep up to 6 people. The condo has all new furnishings, 3 HDTV’s, WIFI, DVD, a bubble tub, a full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a nice sunroom with a shady view overlooking Thousand Hills Golf Course, an outdoor pool, a washer and dryer and a wonderful location at ""The Club"", which is close to ""The Strip"" and Branson’s most popular attractions, yet just far enough from the highway to be quiet and peaceful.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- "Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation!
