Magnificent house located in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, right in the center of Seville.
It is a complete house, part of the oldest and most classical Seville, located in the most traditional and historical area of the city. So are the few complete houses that still remain in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz.
The house is distributed in 3 floors, all of them accessible by internal staircase. On the ground floor there is a living room, a small toilet and the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. Going up to the first floor we find a room with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 m and another room with a single bed of 0.90 x 2.00 m. On the second floor we find a third room with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 and another single room of 0.90 x 2.00, as well as a separate bathroom. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
