Lazy Bear Lodge is a stunning 4 bedroom / 3 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple minutes from downtown Guerneville. You arrive to a well manicured yard with a lovely graveled sitting area off the front driveway. Entering the front door leads you into the cozy living room with comfy leather couch with chaise lounge extension, wall mounted TV with Xfinity cable service and Roku streaming box, a beautiful gas insert fireplace, and sliding doors leading out to the expansive, multi-level back deck with inset hot tub and gas BBQ grill! To your left off of the living room is a full kitchen, equipped with everything you’ll need to cook simple to gourmet meals for your family & friends, and a dining area with views of the front yard.
Past the living room and off the short hall is a full bath with shower & tub enclosure and one of the four bedrooms....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
