Our goal at Villa Vravrona Tower and Suites is to turn your experiences into beautiful memories that can last in time. That is why each guest room is designed carefully and decorated with personal taste. Villa Vravrona Tower is a 300 sq. meters three storey house, with private pool which can accommodate from 2 up to 9 guest. The spacious loft above the living room comes with a double and a single bed ideal for three persons. Below the living room, two double bedrooms are situated as well as a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The living room and dining area are wide enough, 100 square meters, so that families and group of friends can enjoy cosy moments. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -Please respect the quiet hours especially after 23.00 pm
- -Do not remove furniture or change the structure of the house indoors or outdoors
- -In case of damage the tenant is responsible to pay the amount required for repairing.
