You’ll be Better Together at this luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home for up to 9 guests in the Big Canoe Community in Jasper, Georgia. Enjoy days relaxing on your screened-in porch, having lunch at the sunny table on the deck, or playing ping pong on the terrace. Inside, cook in a gorgeous kitchen wtih high-end appliances, unwind on the plush leather sofas in the lodge-like living room, or play around with your pup in the dog run and fenced area outside!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - No smoking
- - No pets unless specified. If the home is pet friendly, you will need to supply a credit card to be charged after booking.
- - Minimum age to book is 25
- - No parties or events
- - First and last name of all guests required for gate access
- - Occupancy limits must be adhered to
- - A signed rental agreement is required to fully confirm this booking.
