Welcome to What’s Up Dock, a beautiful island home just 3 rows back from the beach and just minutes away from a fun filled day in the water and on the sand! When you arrive you can immediately relax as the beds will be made for you prior to your arrival. The beach themed interior reminds you that you are now on Island Time! The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meals with ease. With a connected living room, kitchen and dining room, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. From the primary bedroom located on the 3rd level (Beach side), you have a nice view of the ocean. The front of the home has 2 decks, one on the 2nd level which is screened in and one on the 3rd level coming off of the living room. Both decks overlook the marsh and canal. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
