Bird Haus is the epitome of a classic beach vacation, offering easy beach access (no roads to cross!), a nearby outdoor swimming pool, and lovely sunsets over the Pamlico Sound. With a new bench, the rooftop deck is perfect for soaking up the sun and stealing a few peaceful moments to rest in the wind. The screened porch below has been recently updated with new furnishings and decor. The ground level greets you with a carport, a lockable storage area for kayaks and surfboards, a recently updated grill, a fish-cleaning station, and a utility room. There’s a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as a separate entrance to the basement, which houses the washer/dryer. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
